Your questions answered

I can no longer attend the course, can I get a refund?

Our cancellation policy for courses is as follows: - More than 21 days before the course: full refund (100%). - Between 14 and 21 days before the course: 70% refund. - Less than 14 days before the course: no refund is available. You can, however, transfer or resell your spot to someone else by simply sending us their full name and email address. Note: In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Art. VI.53, 12°), bookings for fixed-date training courses are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once confirmed.*

What happens if a course is cancelled by Vanna?

Our courses run subject to a minimum number of participants. If the required quorum is not reached or in case of force majeure, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled. If we cancel on our end, you will be notified at least 7 days before the scheduled date and receive a 100% refund within 7 business days.

I booked my spot but haven't received a confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first. If you still haven't received anything, drop us a line at event@vanna.be with your full name: we will verify your registration status immediately and resend your confirmation.

Can I get an invoice for my company or freelance business?

Yes. A tax invoice with deductible VAT is issued automatically after payment (or upon request by emailing your billing details and VAT number to event@vanna.be).

Do you take photos and videos during the courses?

We document certain workshops for archival and illustrative purposes across our website and social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn). If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, simply let our team or the photographer know at the start of the session. In line with GDPR and Belgian image rights laws, you can also request the removal of any content featuring you at any time by sending a simple email.

What is provided for breaks and meals?

Coffee, tea, cold drinks, and a selection of snacks (fruit, biscuits, nuts) are available throughout the day. Lunch is at your own expense. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and eat on site, provided you take care of the equipment and workspace.

Do I need to bring my own equipment and licenses?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise on the course page, you must bring your own laptop with the required software and licenses pre-installed and updated (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.). Wi-Fi access and power outlets are provided on site.

What skill level is required to attend?

Each course page specifies the required level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) as well as any prerequisites. If you are unsure about your profile, write to us at event@vanna.be and we will guide you to the right module.

How many participants are there per session?

To ensure an immersive learning experience and direct interaction with the instructor, we keep our sessions to small groups (usually between 8 and 12 people maximum).
